Friday, June 23

All events are at the Fontainebleau Hotel.

Saturday, June 24

Buses will depart from the Fontainebleau Hotel beginning at 6:15 p.m., and be available for return.

Buses will also be available from the Fontainebleau Hotel to the Faena Penthouse (3201 Collins Avenue, Faena District) beginning at 10:15pm, and be available for return.

Sunday, June 25

Buses will depart from the Fontainebleau Hotel beginning at 6:30 p.m., and be available for return.

Monday, June 26

Buses will depart from the Fontainebleau Hotel beginning at 6:30 p.m., and be available for return to the 1 HOTEL (2341 Collins Avenue) and the Fontainebleau Hotel.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL TRANSPORATION


Complimentary transportation from Miami International Airport (MIA) to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach (4441 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140) will be provided on Thursday, June 22 and Friday, June 23, every half hour beginning at 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
At the North Terminal, the buses will be staged at the Dolphin Bus Bay 4 across from Doors 3 and 4. At the South Terminal, the buses will be staged at Flamingo Bus Bay 7 across from Door 21.

AIRPORT DEPARTURE TRANSPORTATION


Complimentary return transportation from the Fontainebleau Miami Beach to Miami International Airport (MIA) will be provided only on Tuesday, June 25, every hour beginning at 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. Service will depart at the top of every hour only. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to load your bags. The transportation leaves from the Lobby Level of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The last shuttle will depart from the Fontainebleau at 9:00 pm.

AT THE AIRPORT

TSA will have designated lines at several security checkpoints throughout the airport. Delegates will be required to wear conference credentials while going through security checkpoints.

CONSULAR LOUNGE

Relax before your flight. The Consular Lounge located on the 2nd Level in Concourse F, pre-security check-in, will be open from 9 am to 5 pm on June 26 for gathering before departure. Refreshments will be provided.
